Great Routes in the Middle Ages

Activities presented in Jelgava (3)

Third activity presented in Jelgava was Medieval Routes. Each of the countries presented their routes and draw maps were this routes could be seen. Here you can see what each country prepared:

France:  France studied  different routes and created maps using Google Maps.

They also  presented us the following power point:

After presenting the  routes, the decision of presenting  all of them with the same look to prepare a common power point was taken, and so, a new power point was presented:

• Greece: Greek students studied the different routes in their countries and here you can find the power point they presented:

• Latvia:  Latvian students studied the “Hanseatic League”,  a commercial confederation in the Middle Ages, but also prepared some works about roads and rivers as commercial routes. Here you can find the works they presented:
